The urban hotel was popular! I ate at a good restaurant around the lobby and restaurant. The view was amazing and the staff were professional and helpful. The setting was quite peaceful within easy reach of a non-governmental nature reserve. The food was good, had lots of options.

I had a great time staying at this place! The location was perfect, right along the road to the ruins. I loved being surrounded by the beautiful greenery and nature. The courtyard and villas in the gardens were so charming. It felt like a hidden oasis next to the deep green area. The service was fantastic, with the staff always available for tour assistance and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to keep me comfortable. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the peaceful atmosphere. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and garden area, were well-maintained and a great place to unwind. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were added bonuses that made my stay even more convenient.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Palenque and had a wonderful experience. This place is nestled in a deep green area, surrounded by nature. The location is perfect, as it is situated along the road that goes to the ruins. The courtyard and adjoining villas in the gardens create a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and provided excellent service. In terms of amenities, my room was equipped with heating, air conditioning, and a terrace. The television and flat-screen provided entertainment, while the free toiletries added a touch of luxury.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Had a weekend getaway to a hotel in the jungle. the complimentary breakfast was nice to have and the staff were friendly. the location of the hotel was great as it was near a popular attraction and surrounded by lush greenery which made for a nice view. I loved that the hotel had two swimming pools to choose from and the beds were comfortable to sleep in.

The room was not as clean as I had hoped and there were some insects around. My room was a bit too far from the main areas which made it difficult to go back and forth.

Close to the Mayan ruins and conveniently located in the center of evening action. The rooms, although a bit musty, were large and reasonably furnished. The hotel has two pools, including one with a waterslide, which our kids loved. We also enjoyed the close proximity to nature, hearing the howler monkeys and seeing macaw parrots flying overhead. Additionally, parking was convenient and the on-site restaurant had excellent food and service.

The wifi connection was poor, especially in the rooms.

I loved the location of Villas Kin Ha, nestled between the town and the majestic archaeological ruins. It made it convenient to explore both. The setting of the hotel within the selva was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and plenty of birds. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness and tranquility of the pool area. The restaurant staff provided exceptional service, making me feel well taken care of during my stay.

The staff is the highlight of this stay, kind and welcoming, they provided an unforgettable experience. Cleanliness was spotless, and the hotel facilities are maintained well.

The stunning natural scenery that surrounded the hotel was breathtaking and offered a tranquil atmosphere. the diverse fauna that lived near the hotel was a real treat for animal lovers and bird watchers. Lastly, the service of the staff was impeccable and they went the extra mile to make us feel right at home.

The lack of entertainment options within the hotel premises was a downer. Although the tranquility was a blessing during the day, there was little to no nightlife.

our second stay in palenque was even better than the first. villas kin ha surpassed our expectations with its serene and secluded atmosphere, surrounded by jungle and Maya ruins. the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the traditional Maya huts, beautiful gardens, and refreshing swimming pools added to the charm of this tranquil paradise.
